Anyone ever been there?
from www.twistedsifter.com:
“Beachy Head is a chalk headland on the south coast of England, close to the town of Eastbourne in the county of East Sussex, immediately east of the Seven Sisters. The cliff there is the highest chalk sea cliff in Britain, rising to 162 m (530 ft) above sea level. The peak allows views of the south east coast from Dungeness to the east, to Selsey Bill in the west. Its height has also made it one of the most notorious suicide spots in the world.”
But, nope, never been there.
Are you sure it’s not faked/photoshopped/drawn? Has that sort of look to it.
ETA: Nevermind, ninja’d and proven wrong.
Looks like it’s located in England of all places.
Edit: Ninja’d XD
Wow. Looks like a place from a fantasy novel, maybe Landsdrop in the Thomas Covenant novels.
My first thought was Landsdrop.
Gosh, that is lovely and somewhat frightening.
And the photographer did a wonderful job capturing that image.
That is a pretty awesome pic.
That is both awesome and terrifying.
If that is really Beachy Head, I have been there. It did not have all that low cloud hiding the sea, though, which is much of what makes the OP picture impressive. I would not really have recognized it from that, but it is an impressively high, sheer and white chalk cliff.
I thought the edge of the world was God’s Window in South Africa.
I don’t have permission to access God’s Window.
These are mine.

That’s the same knob in 9098 and 9154.
Ooo, yours are really amazing. Canyonlands of Utah?
Go here first (ETA: or possibly here first). Then go there.
None of these links go anywhere for me.
Sure looks like Utah to me too.
Yeah, it’s the Island in the Sky in Canyonlands.
This pic of God’s window from the movie should be accessible. Or maybe this. Or here.
