Not that the Internet has any info on this or anything…

But essentially, the only commonalities between Masonic & Mormon rituals have been the handshakes and the penalty signs for violating the oaths. Not sure about the grips but the penalty signs have, I’m pretty sure, been omitted in the past couple of decades.

The Mormon rituals are borrowed from the Blue Lodge rituals. Both are, rather unsurprisingly, leaked on the web, so you can compare for yourself if you’d like.
