Scrambled Eggs

Bless you!

A butter and vinegar sauce for scrambled eggs. That should be named, “Eggs A’la Nero Wolfe.”

One of Wolfe’s hired operatives asked for vinegar at his table, and Wolfe always seated him at a table by himself after that.

I learned to cook scrambled eggs the standard way - scrambled in a bowl with milk and then cooked really slowly constantly stirring. Then on a TV talk show I saw Bill Granger who, as Wikipedia notes, was first famous for making “the best scrambled eggs in the world.” Overseas celebrities would make a beeline for his cafe. His recipe is simple, the surprise being the speed at which he cooks them, less than a minute and they are on the plate. I always do them this way now and when I want stuff with my eggs I make an omelette.
