Scuttlebutt On Software Rumors?

I keep reading tidbits here and there, and wonder if anyone else has read anything definitive on the following:

Adobe - I know they are coming out with CS5 soon - some say April, other say October.
Also have heard rumors that they intend to combine Photoshop and Illustrator into one software program.
Hear anything about either of the above?

Microsoft - I also heard that there are plans to make MS Office FREE for home use, but instead of downloading the software, you link to it and use it online.
Again - anyone hear about his or know more details?

It’s not a rumor.

And here is the official msft website for the product: http://www.microsoft.com/office/2010/en/office-web-apps/default.aspx. You can download and install the client stuff, then get a free web-based account and start using the web-based version today. It’s beta, but it’s real solid.
