Someone died.

I pretty much guessed that from the get go. I do not remember what the thread was called. There’s too many SW:TFA threads.

Pffft. I got that much from the plot summary in the wikipedia article. A spoiler would have been that the villain was a mewling, weenie who it was impossible to take seriously.

First, let me say at some points in this thread I’ve been EXTRA bitchy. My sad excuse is that I was/am dealing with some shit in real life I’d rather not be doing. Don’t get me wrong it’s not like toenail cancer or something serious…it is just a thing that I have NEARLY zero tolerance for anymore due to a variety of reasons…

I know when I get REALLY mad about something in real life…that at that point it is NOT the time to get mad on the Dope about something. I am starting to get that now.

On the other hand…what I am pissed about can be defended IMO.

And this IS the PIT…so screw whoever needs screwing…

PS. I realized a serious possible disconnect regarding the whole spoilery post thingy…will have to post later about it…

1. Nope. IIRC, the thread was about someone else complaining about a family member spoiling the movie for her. I usually avoid threads in which people bitch about their families, and I had no desire to see the movie.

2. The former. However, I find it best, if one doesn’t want to risk being spoiled, to avoid all discussions, reviews, etc. You took a chance and lost.

Apparently Rigamarole acted like a jerk. He/she should be chastened for it, but it does not rise to a banning offense. We need some standards before we come to a consensus that a user should be banned, and maybe some will come out of this thread. Or it will be amusing. Works for me either way.

I seriously asked those questions because there IS a gotcha. Not a personal/poster gotcha but a “board” gotcha as it were.

But since YOU answered in the negative that possible point is mute.

Back the point of the spoiler. So, if I dress nice and “flash” a bit of cash around…and I get robbed…its MY fault that I get robbed in the back alley and NOT so much the punk assed bitches that robbed me?
