If the consensus is to skip Gigi…I can always choose something else. Like West Side Story. Where more of the actors have dubbed songs.
Um, I’m not the sum total of the Musical Lovers’ Salon and Debating Society. We’ve had mixed feelings on other movies as well. If you want us to remember it well and thank heaven for little girls - make that your pick.
I believe The List has been pretty well set – we’re just waiting for Archive Guy to announce the first six films so we can get started.

At this point, we’ve got a list of 24 films, arranged into six groups by theme. If you’d like to lead a discussion on Gigi as the last act of this incarnation of the Salon, singersargent, that would be great – otherwise we’ll just go ahead and proceed with the Beta version of the Salon.
