It’s almost time for college football to return and with it I’m proposing the first annual SDMB NCAA Football Pick’em pool.* It’s set up on Yahoo! and I’m doing it with a spread since that’s the standard for college pools. Here’s the link to the registration page.

Kickoff is Saturday, September 1st at 12:00 PM with 4 ranked teams facing 2 I-AA teams, a team that didn’t win a game last year, and a team that finished the year losing in the Papajohns.com Bowl. Thank goodness for the point spread.

*If there was a pool in previous years, I’m bummed to find out that I missed it.

Where are the spreads at?

Typically they’re posted the Monday before the games and then updated twice more before being locked in on Saturday.

So they should be up on Monday morning.
