Searchable Web Gallery Generator works with IPTC data and Joomla

The title pretty much says it.

I am planning to move to Joomla and I want to be able to tag the images via the IPTC metadata, have that data read and extracted into a database, searched, and generate a webpage of thumbnails linking to the images returned in the search.

I have found a number of things that KINDA do that, but not quite. Or, if they DO do that, they cost a fortune.

I use Gallery2 embedded into Joomla (not 1.5 yet, but I’ll play with it soon) - it can do tag reading, create dynamic albums etc.
