Seattle. I wanna go back.

I was just speaking with Jesus and it turns out he really did…

No, you’re not the only one. And ditto for California.

The temperature in Bellingham will be in the mid-to-upper 60s for the next few days. Sunny or intermittent clouds. Ahhhhhhhh! So when you don’t hear from me for the next five days, I’ll be up north enjoying the cool weather while Southern California bakes. Ahahahahaha!

amarinth, the big-city snob ;), opines;

Actually, I didn’t spend much time in Bothell. Mostly I hung out in the metropolis of Woodinville. Now that place is the epitome of cool.

But wishbone, Ike and Choosy don’t live in Seattle – why do they know the code? I lived there for about 25 years and worked downtown, so sure, I know it. I always reversed Marion and Madison though. :slight_smile:

And I had this bad habit of jumping on the bus at 2nd & Yesler too quickly, without checking the sign – I’d be on the express to Tukwila, when all I really wanted was to get to Beacon Hill.

You’re a bike messenger? Cool. I worked for lawyers for about 15 years, and I can’t remember one single time that a messenger screwed up a delivery. You guys are awesome.

I guess that’s the kind of thing locals talk about with tourists or out-of-towners. Especially when the tourist looks at a map and sees the two P’s, two U’s and so on.
I would be lying if I said I never screwed up as a messenger. It’s just that most of our mistakes are invisible to the eye of the customer.

Well, all you nice folks have convinced me. I’ll probably come up in the spring. I like rain and fog, too.
I promise to;

Huh…all these nice things you said about Bellingham, and you never ONCE mentioned that it is wonderful just because I live here.

Huh.
