Same brand new Dell Precision 490.
I used the CD to load a program. It worked fine. The I took the CD out and now the tray won’t go back in. I know it is something simple. It seems as though it is just off the track. Any advice in how to put it back? If it makes any difference, the CD ROM is vertically rather than horizontally
