Is that kid really supposed to be Calvin? My nephew told me he is, but I never saw Hobbs, so I just figured he was a all-American scamp-type figure. You see him all over the place, but I know he’s not licensed.

Yes the kid is supposed to be Calvin. Hobbes does not transfer as well to bumper stickers.

If these stickers are bring sold for fundraising, can’t Watterson bring a suit against them or something?

The suit would be brought by Universal Press Syndicate. They own the rights, not Watterson, AFAIK.
