You can buy small-scale ones here. I suspect that the difficulty increases geometrically as you scale these things up. Earth is probably the largest one ever created, but I’m pretty sure it’s not for sale. :smiley:

I’m sure the current owners of Biosphere II would be happy to sell you the facility. It will take a bit of work to get it back in shape but it was for a time when I worked there the largest sealed ecosystem in the world.
