I have looked at juryverdicts.com and a few other sites, but I’m not seeing what I’m looking for. I need some averages, not specific jury verdicts, e.g.
Sexual Discrimination/Harassment cases in California – average verdicts, average settlements, and the like. Does anyone know of a source for these? They can be fee-based or free resources. Thanks in advance.
I would try the Bureau of Justice Statistics, they have some stats on civil cases:
