Senator Trent Lott announces retirement

I love the SDMB. After 8 years of trolling, Liberaltarian still gets fed.

It’s just one of those things - like how it always takes a new outrage for people to look at Bricker and say, “Wow, other people have said it for a long time, but you really are a scary sack of shit.”

Two weeks of not being fed, liberaltarian will go away.

Look, kiddo, I’m going to explain what freedom is to you if I have to tie you down and tape your mouth shut to do it.

I see.

Freedom is something that can be delivered via an enema hose.

I knew it!

You just had to draq Iraq into this, didn’t you?

From way back in post 78:

The governor will appoint a replacement until the election next year. And there’s nothing special about it other than an extra name on the ballot in an election that would have been held anyway.

Judge: Special election should be within 90 days

So Lott’s shenanagins will cost the taxpayers, but at least they’ll get the elected representation that is their right.
