I noticed a new series of the Australian version of Top gear has begun. Some of the first series episodes I saw were kinda stiff, and the cast felt awkward and a little unsure of themselves. They were trying too much to imitate the British original and the whole thing felt a bit off. These are problems that often get corrected in the second series. The makers get more confidence and get in the groove. Is there Australian dopers watching the new series, and has the show improved?
