Anxious People, Netflix. Swedish adaptation of Swedish author Frederik Backman’s book about a bank robbery/hostage situation. 6 episodes, the first four were comedic in tone, but the final two went more poignant. Inna… who has read the book… says that a lot was changed for the series (for example, the book was largely a two-day affair in two settings, the series was a week+ series of events in multiple locations). It occurred over the New Years holiday and not an inch of snow in sight, which was weird for my preconceptions of wintery Sweden.
