hey guys i’v a nissan versa
the car in the morning or to more specific when it’s cold
it doesn’t shift from 1st gear until it gets warm by go from 2 to 5 km when it get warm enough i turn off the engine and turn it on again and the transmission goes fine after that and shifts normally i’ve changed the transmission fluid lately
what do you think may cause this issue ?
How old is the car, how many miles on it, is there any possibility it’s under warranty?
(Could be the modulator. This happened to me once, and it was a surprisingly inexpensive fix. But it WAS 25 years ago).

i’m sorry but what is the modulator ? and the car is 130k km
Just for clarity’s sake, does your car have a regular 4-speed automatic or a CVT? A quick look shows that only the base 2013 Versa S model was available with a traditional automatic transmission (or a manual), the others all only came with a CVT.
