Where it was a rant that belonged in the pit from the beginning. It was closed, and he was asked if he wanted it reopened in the pit, which he agreed.
He had the option of instead re-writing it to be less ranty and reposting it where it was, but he chose differently.
How that’s called a “forced-move” is an exercise left to the reader.
