Just to decide the name: It’s based on canon law terminology, which designates the holders of certain offices in ecclesiastical organisations as “superiors” and then distinguishes between “major superiors” and “minor superiors”, based on the rank of the holder. It’s possible for a woman to be a major superior; e.g. the abbess of a women’s convent would have the same rank as a bishop (though not the same sacramental power) and hence be a major superior. But this conference only caters to major superiors in men’s Catholic organisations.

I cannot recall who said it–some very well known Hungarian scientist who said that there were already aliens among us, they call themselves Hungarians. I met Paul Erdos a few times and I agree. Definitely alien. (And I have an Erdos number of 2.)
