Or if the animal is wholly indifferent to it. There was a guy arrested hereabouts after sneaking in to other people’s farms and having sex with their horses. Among the charges was “Cruelty to Animals,” and I don’t see it. A horse is gonna wonder what the hell is going on back there, but it certainly isn’t going to hurt!
(Yes, I can see that it would be disturbing to the horse, simply for a stranger to be in the stable at all. But if that’s “cruelty,” I’m guilty of cruelty simply for being on the same hiking/equestrian trail with a horse-and-rider.)
So if a guy’s penis is small enough, should he get different rape charges?
