The Great Gnome Press Odyssey isn’t from me but from Aaron Rainey, who is no longer updating the site. I haven’t seen any internet presence from him for several years.
I have a few quibbles with the Wikipedia article but most of it is so general that casual readers will get all the high points. And even some of the small points are correctly presented, which reflects modern scholarship. Overall it’s a good introduction from a non-obsessive viewpoint.
