Little early, ain’tcha?
I’m excited because I am going to Plovdiv for Shabbes and Rosh Hashana. Plovdiv is the second biggest city in Bulgaria (and you can get CHEDDAR and BRIE and AVOCADOS there!!! OMG!!!) and there’s a synogogue there. I am very much looking forward to attending shul* for the first time in Bulgaria. Except Bulgarian Jews are Sephardim, so they probably don’t call it shul.
Anyway. Shanah tova!
*and eating cheddar and brie and avocados, of course.
Yeah, but I’m flying back east tomorrow to go to my in-laws’ for Rosh Hashanah, so I won’t be able to post tomorrow, and I don’t know if I’ll be able to post while I’m there.
