I like the one where the bike shop owner shows Blossom and Dudley videos of the naked mice.
That was one of SNL’s truly shining moments.
But who could forget the episode where Blossom was super proud of her mother for following her dreams… which included abandoning her family and moving to Paris to become a dancer and seeing them once a year at most for her entire childhood/teenagerhood.
Mom of the year, I tell you.
Huge voice out of a tiny person.
Oh, and at the time, I did have a crush on her…

I have one strong memory of watching Blossom, but not of the actual episode. I was an occiasional watcher of the show in the early years. Early in the summer of '93 (probably either the last or 2nd to last week of May) I spent an afternoon canoeing with friends (post returning home from freshman year of college). I came home afterwards and my parents had already eaten dinner. So I ate my warmed up dinner by myself in the kitchen while watching Blossom because apparently absolutely nothing else was on. There is no real reason why I should remember this, but I do. 
I never actually saw an episode of Blossom. However, a young lady of my acquaintance, I am told, played a recurring role as one of her friends. Her name doesn’t appear in imdb, and she is no longer working professionally, so I couldn’t say what the friend’s name is.
Square Pegs is getting a DVD release, by the way.
Not to doubt your story, but if her name doesn’t appear anywhere in the IMDB then she might be putting you on. Or “recurring role” is just a fancy name for “extra.”
