My apologies if this has been overdone (haven’t been here in a while) or if this warrants a thread closure. I thought it’d be cool. Here’s mine. This is a very basic page, my first attempt. It took me the better part of my one day off, so be nice ok?, I’m near tears as it is. :sniff: Oh BTW I’m finding it impossible to submit new photos.

I tried to make the colors bright and childish, and that intro was me playing around with Photoshop before I knew how to work with it. It’s mostly a place where friends and family come to check whether I’ve posted any new photos. I also have a page on Deviantart (username’s RazzBaronZ).
I’d love to see some more designs so I get new ideas for my site.
I have several larger sites, but here’s one of my smaller ones, which has a little bit of artwork, and some photos. I need to add more to it soon.
Making web pages is really fun and kind of addictive! I am not a professional like some of the others here, but I’ve taught myself everything on my own. If I can learn it, anyone else can too. http://www.htmlgoodies.com has some good tutorials, and of course there’s always some web design software you can try out (I have Dreamweaver, but it’s kind of pricey).
A week ago, I tore down all the untouched pages from my site. I also put up a colorful announcement.

Did you make the English one, too? The style looks a little different. Or was that just to appeal to different demographics differently?

It doesn’t get much better than a fuzzy, years-old picture in glaring light, bad attempts at humor, links to angsty (or glurgy, depending) poetry and shilling for my own brand of writing.

Not sure what the difference is between the English and French versions of the metro site; they’re supposed to be exact duplicates (yes, both by me).
Mine’s about 3 years years old, so it’s inaccurate; one of the cats mentioned (Beamish) is gone to the Happy Hunting Grounds, and we no longer live in NY…
