I like it. Maybe George is trying to make “Oh my” his catch phrase.
But I don’t understand the science. Doesn’t mixing red and green make yellow?
Best use of George Tekai ever. He’s so cool now that he’s openly gay and unabashedly creepy in his own special way.
Mixing red and green makes a limited range of yellows. If you look at the top diagram on this page, you can see that yellow is on the short side of the triangle representing the gamut of colours reproducible in RGB. Adding a source of yellow to that would stretch the gamut to include a range of colours nearer to what we can see.
It already is, isn’t it? I think he’s been known for that phrase for a while.
Well, either that, or “Helllloooooooo!” ala Family Guy.
I don’t understand how color is recorded or broadcast that the fourth color is useful. I thought most things were recorded digitally and most cameras only had RGB to record with. Then I figured only RGB coordinates were broadcast. It seems to make the fourth color useful, all of those steps would have to include the fourth color.
I am doubtful of Quatron technology. But, I love Takei.
That hair dye job looks like an attempt to get the viewer laughing at him even before he gets silly.
While it’s not as funny as the “sweaty basketball players” bit, I do like this commercial.
