Shock Treatment

Shock treatment is about as scientific as Saturday Morning cartoons. The main proponent/reseacher of ECT (who’s name escapes me)is the owner of one of the only two companies in the United States that manufactures ECT equipment. Imagine that.

The truth is ECT works sometimes, sometimes not, and no one really understands it at all. I think its medieval, personally.

FYI…Dick Cavett had ECT back in the day.

Ahhh, but JP it works sometimes and as a treatment of last resort isn’t that better than nothing?
