If someone were to try to hijack a “Should African Americans resist arrest or cooperate fully with police?” topic by providing real-life video examples of African-American behavior and asking whether the African-Americans in question should resist arrest or cooperate fully with police, then following the mod instructions is a perfectly valid course of actions.
With that being said, do you think this group of African-American citizens should resist arrest or cooperate fully with the police (in the unlikely event police tried to apprehend this group of African-American citizens)?
In regards to this video, I’ll provide my own opinion, as opposed to asking others for theirs (as I’ve been doing up until now).
Here we have an example of an empowered African-American female that must resist police at any costs ( if they were trying to apprehend her, of course, of which, thankfully, we have no evidence). This is strictly IMO, and I would love to hear other people opinions on it, of course.
My opinion is that you should go away.

Another example of a case, where police might interfere (purely theoretically, since the audience insists on “don’t call no police, ni…a”).

Alkash, all you are doing is posting random videos of trash doing what it does best. However, you can’t get a market share on that because it has been covered most notably by the hugely popular COPS series (you know, the “Bad Boys, Bad Boys, What You gonna do when they come for you?” people.) I am sure that there are a few insulated types that are completely unaware that such people run free in the wild but I am not among them. I grew up in an area with trash of all types and witnessed that type of thing first hand many times. It isn’t limited to any particular race or ethnic group though. In fact, white trash is probably the most confrontational and dangerous group of all because going back to prison is just a family tradition.

No, you are by posting random videos without any intelligent commentary. I think we all know that people sometimes go wild, fight and resist arrest. The question is if that is ever a good idea? The blatantly obvious answer is no.
However, you seem to be cherry-picking videos only of black people caught in skirmishes. Granted, they are engaging in dangerous and aggressive behavior that requires a firm police response but there is no need to limit the scope to particular groups because there are many similar ones for all groups.
Since you like videos, here is a great example of how a white guy in Montana got shot and killed by a police officer (mildly graphic but violent). There are hundreds of more like that as well.
They’re certainly not random 
Just go to any website hosting “extreme” videos and search for something like “blacks behaving like animals”. You’ll get thousands of matches that are not in any way, shape or form are “random”.

I think it is hysterical that I can be called a racist myself in recent threads and a hopelessly naive person by an extremist like yourself just a couple of days later. I will say that you do a true service by putting things into perspective.
Shall I put together a similar compilation of white people acting badly? I will do that except that I worry that the people that hold the copyrights to the Jerry Springer Show and Girls Gone Wild knocking on my door for royalties not to mention the producers of COPS. It might be worth it though if it allows a student like you to learn something.

I didn’t see any mention of race.
Do you have access to a more complete transcript, in which the 911 caller says something similar to what you quoted?

With the hyperbolic responses you get on this board “fighting ignorance” can you believe that in the world at large that you’d get a different response?
Sometimes a claim that someone is acting ‘odd’ or ‘threatening’ is all the advance warning anyone is going to get. It makes very good sense for the police to show up, ask a question or two, and let everyone ‘have a nice day’ when they’re done, rather than ignore the ‘suspicious activity’ call and wait for the ‘I just got mugged’ call 5 minutes later.
Because, of course, if three white kids were hanging around she would have also called the cops.
Besides, the “have a nice day” bit too often is replaced by “DOWN!!! NOW!!” sometimes accompanied by the crackle of the good officer’s Taser or the crack of his Glock.
Maybe she would, maybe she would not.
The point is that the 911 operator can’t make that judgement. The operator can’t see what the caller sees, can’t feel what the caller feels, and has to assume until proven otherwise that the caller is accurately reporting a situation.
