Should Bernie and Angela be sanctioned?

The Zimmerman trial may be over, but various hearings and trials against the Prosecutors are looming on the horizon. Aside from their absolutely dreadful performance at the trial, which should gain scorn on both sides of the previous debate, what are your views on the issue at hand, and what do you think the penalties should be? I have no legal experience, since I’m just an uneducated Sioux with hopefully some common sense to guide me.

I think O’Mara is seeking to remain in the limelight as long as possible … at least until his book comes out.

But your common sense is worth more than mine because your people are better attuned to Nature and the Universe. Or that’s what hippies and anti-littering ads told me.

Didn’t follow the trial and read the title wondering what Bernie Madoff and Angela Bassett had done together that was sanction-worthy, but was anybody from the OJ Simpson prosecution sanctioned?

idence

When Prosecutors hide evidence they should be given the severest possible penalties. You’re dealing with people’s lives. Innocent or guilty, we all deserve a fair trial.

Theres supposed to be a hearing on the DA’s conduct leading up to the trial. O’Mara said in over thirty years of experience he had never had so much trouble getting discovery items from the state.

It’s especially appalling in a murder trial. I wouldn’t hold my breath waiting for anything more than a mild reprimand.

Theres also a lawsuit by the former IT Director that was fired for testifying.

The ex IT director may have a strong case.

Why the Zimmerman case ever went to trial says a lot about Corey. There never was a case beyond self defense, considering the empirical evidence, the location of the body after a six minutes of alleged following, etc. Wishful and delusional thinking should not be allowed into a trial.

This was a politically-motivated prosection; that much has been obvious from before Zimmerman was indicted. In that regard, it’s pretty similar to the Duke rape case from a while ago. And just like in the Duke case, the prosecutor should find herself in deep shit for engaging in malicious prosecution.
