Ok, so the interview went well. The lady I interviewed with told me that I am a shoe in. I am familiar with the applications they use within the company and I have superb people skills.
She is interviewing someone tomorrow and unless that person is a rocket scientist or whatever I should get the job. Then I go for a 4 hour psychological exam personality test exam thing and then drug test and then they should extend the offer.
I am optomistic at this point. We shall see.
In the meantime I am sticking begrudgingly with the job. We need the paycheck and it is not like me to just bail even when I feel like I have been screwed.
The position was supposed to be “temp to perm” which means you start working and after 90 days or so they decide that you will cut the mustard and hire you permanant. In my case it has been over 180 days. What took them so long to decide that I was not the one for them is still an enigma. The major big cheese types at the company offered me letters of reccomendation along with the Controller / VP, so I am good enough to reccomend but not good enough to hire. (Getting pissy again)
