Don’t tell Obama, tell Boehner.
Sometimes enforcing the laws is in direct contradiction to preserving, protecting and defending the Constitution. In order to carry out the deportations of all illegal immigrants, Obama would have to unleash a tyranny unseen since the Civil War. The constitutional rights of citizens as well as non-citizens would be violated wholesale.
The president is as legitimate a check on federal power as the SC or Congress.
I already knew how to spell “that”.
You can’t tell Obama anything. He came from Chicago politics and Chicago’s City Hall doesn’t know how to act when dealing with a two-party system.
You mean “…to make sure the suit is filed,” right? It would be an ogsend for Obama, and for many other Dems. (Indeed, it already is).
Unfortunately for Dem supporters like myself, the Pubs will drop the idea as soon as primary season is over.

Wrong. I wrote, “It hasn’t been published yet and the Obama WH may yet trade something to prevent the suit from being filed” because that’s what I meant to say.
