Should politicians be required to wear endorsement emblems?

This is not my idea but one I saw proposed by Bill Maher on Larry King Live.

I must admit that at least to me the idea had merrit. I mean at least you will know that Senator Smith and Congressman Brown were bought and paid for by GM or AT&T and you can see immediately where their allegiance lays. We all know they are sponsored by big business, why not be honest about it. Kind of like race car drivers.

Would that be so bad?

It wouldn’t be a bad idea. Too bad it’s impractical.
