Should we care what other people care about?
sorry not everyone’s interests fall on your list of what is acceptable
As others have said, there is no should about it. It human nature that many people do care about celebrities, and the media caters to those people. This isn’t a new phenomenon, and has been going on for hundreds if not thousands of years. Asking this is like asking whether we should find fart jokes funny.
Isn’t celebrity aping a bit of sympathetic magic? If you dress like a Kardashian, act like a Kardashian, maybe you are (almost) a Kardashian?
Of course, that begs the question: why would anybody want to be a Kardashian?
