One year for Hanukkah, I made an ASCII menorah. It was cool… I got an email about it. With vBB, I had to fix it up a little:

I also had the first verse of “Jabberwocky” for a while, but the only email I got was someone correcting my spelling.

Then, I quoted Coldfire, with:

There’s lots of great sigs in the test threads on ATMB.
I always like to go there first when I log on, just to see what people think up for sig lines. Here’s a recent one I liked:

One of these days somebody is actually going to notice that if you convict an innocent person and execute him, the problem is that the murderer is still free.

The other main trick is to replace blanks with “hard blanks”= Alt0160 typed as Altkey down 0 1 6 0 Altkey up

But watch out- The hard blanks cannot be copied out of the post window without converting to “soft blanks” that are stripped out. To get a row of hard blanks, store them in Notepad and copy from there. Not elegant, but it works.

Escanaba, there are currently 2 IMHO threads devoted to the first line. Let me explain the second line. Zenster used to have a list of every poster who had ever acknowledged him in his Sig…So and so’s favorite poster! So and so’s new hero! It kind of bugged me (sorry Zenster) so I threatened him with a spanking if he didn’t change it. He punished me with the middle line, which, IMHO, is technically still bragging. :smiley: And pretty fuckin’ long.
