Siberia-New NBC Reality Show

They were told to eat the Amanita muscaria mushroom. A potentially deadly and psychoactive mushroom. I’m guessing hallucinations will play into the next episodes.

I didn’t read anything about the show, just saw it listed in the Guide and set it to record and I’m glad I did it that way. I found it very well done.

Did anyone watch/care about the second episode?

I’m still on the fence about this show. I think maybe it mimics a reality competition program a little too well: they annoy me, so I don’t like/watch them. But I kind of want to see who dies next.

Winner!

A reality show about the cast of a drama about a reality show, of course.

I am still watching. Didn’t like the second episode as much as the first, but I will probably keep watching for a bit. Didn’t see the point of the one dude chopping off the tip of his finger.

Did anyone besides me stay with this show?

Did the ending make you want to pull your hair out?

WTF was that?

Still watching, but I’m 2 weeks behind so I can’t comment on the finale yet.

I have noticed that they dropped the “reality show” angle after about the second episode (when is the last time we saw the “host”?). It’s just become a straight drama.

The ending was abrupt. All of the story lines are left dangling and basic questions unanswered.

Is NBC hoping to provoke some kind of viewer uproar, demanding more? Sorry, I just feel like they wasted viewers’ time, and I hope that kind of manipulation goes unrewarded.

The whole show went downhill and I kept watching it (On Demand instead of live).

Look, either have the camera crew disappear and have the actors record what’s going on with solar powered digital cameras OR make the camera crew part of the survivors. This in-between is contrived and rather stupid (unless there’s another twist to be revealed-which would still be contrived and rather stupid).

DREADFUL! After watching it a whole season, all I learn is that the producers want to ask a many questions a possible, and not provide any answers, Sick to death of this type of shite. I enjoy a good mystery, and I enjoy it when there are questions to be answered, but at some point they need to stop sitting around and say “hey wouldn’t it be mysteeeerious if…” and actually start tying up the loose ends.

I enjoyed this show when I thought that it was actually going to come to a conclusion, and the questions were going to be answered. Now that I know none of that is not going to happen, even if they do swing a second season, I'm not interested.
