I don’t think you are gonna have much luck with that one, for a couple of reasons.
No [img] tag here, and that file is on your hard drive, unaccessible to us.
The best you could do would be to get a webpage of your own somewhere or another, put the image there, and then put in a link to the image in your sig. That way, if someone really wanted to see the image, they could click on the link to go to your page and see it there. Even that wouldn’t be too trustworthy, though, since most free web hosts (Geocities, etc.) don’t allow direct linking to an image, and they also have bandwidth restrictions which we Dopers tend to devour in a matter of minutes.
Of course, you could also just ditch the image, and have a normal text sig. Be advised that sigs should be small: More than about four lines is too much, and one or two lines is preferred.
