I know this is a weird question, but indulge me. I’m a caucasian with a B blood type. Do I have a mongolian ancestor?
How far back do you want to go? You also have an African ancestor, esp. if you’refemale or even if you’re male.
I assume you’re refering to thehypothesis that different blood groups evolved at different times in different locations? Well, if you look atthat table, there is a good distribution of all factors in most countries, so even if the B blood type originally came from Asia, that’s thousands of generations ago. Good luck finding that ancestor.

Do you have a pronounced stoutness of the tum and a predilition for little fur hats? Is your brain filled with a thousand hairy horsemen all shouting at you?
If not, you probably don’t have any Mongolian ancestry.
Going back a few thousand years, you almost certainly have at least a few Mongolians among your thousands of ancestors, regardless of your blood type. Nearly all Europeans do. However, whether this has left any identifiable markers in your genome is a matter of chance.
