Silly, yet fun

At a recent going-away party for a coworker, I learned of the grand and storied tradition of the “Peep War,” where you take two of the marshmellow-and-sawdust critters, insert sticks or toothpicks, and put them into a microwave to see which one is pricked and bursts first. It’s a lot more entertaining than it sounds as I write it. Or maybe I’m just more easily amused than I believe.

Anyway, can anyone think of similar party rituals that are fun, but you wouldn’t expect them to be?

It’s nice to now know that Peeps are good for something, because it sure wasn’t eating them.

That’s not Peep War, that’s Peep Jousting! Wheee!

Rituals, not games, huh? Hrmm. Fondue can be more fun than it should be. If you’re thinking of games as well, 1000 Blank White Cards can be a lot of fun with the right people.
