I’m currently reading Ghost Girl by Torey Hayden. It’s an intriguing read about a girl who’s become disturbed because of something that happens to her, and the teacher who trys to help.
I’m going to look for more books by her, but any other others with similar subject matter out there that I should check out?
I love Torey Hayden. IMHO her best book is “Just Another Kid.” “Ghost Girl” is good, but the ending is never resolved. What was really going on?
A similar author is Mary MacCracken. I recommend her books highly, though I think they are out-of-print.
