I am in need of software to perform simple accounting - basically at this time all I need is payroll. What software have you used and what would you recommend?
QuickBooks has three levels of P/R packages and if you decide to expand what you do with it later, of course it has the whole suite. I think it’s pretty good for interfacing with others’ systems since it’s so widely used. I’ve worked with it a few years ago and it was relatively straightforward to set up your company and chart, etc.
Thanks Gigi. Anyone else? I was hoping to get some good comparisons. I am aware of course of PeachTree and QuickBooks. I checked Amazon and found a few others. Can anyone tell me about their experiences?
