Simple Chicken Recipe

I have a recipe that uses shredded roasted chicken. I was lazy and didn’t pick a rotisserie chicken up from the deli. I have chicken breast tenderloins. What’s the simplest, quickest way to cook them up to use in the recipe? Bonus points if you can give me simple, quick & tasty!

It sounds like you plan to use the chicken in another recipe, so not knowing any details about that I would keep it simple. Heat up a skillet, add a little olive oil. I would season the tenderloins with Lawry’s seasoned salt and pepper and fry them up.

Just don’t overcook them!
