simple project management documentation

Hi guys,

I am starting out as a project manager for a local web developer and really would love to find some essential templates (excel, word, etc) that compliment project management software like basecamp. Something that gives a typical format for a project plan, project requirements, status of all projects, etc.

I took a look on google and found it to be all over the place :slight_smile:

I’m a little curious. In December you posted that you had been a Junior Project Manager for nine months. So now it’s been over a year.

Do you really not already have a bunch of Project Management templates? Or at least an old project file (preferably from a successful project) from which you can take the relevant documents and modify them for the current project?
