foil, salmon, lemon slices, onion slices, lemon pepper (salt free)
wrap in foil and toss it in the oven til done
Brush with butter, sprinkle with taragon.
Particularly good when you’re camping.
Just wanted to let you guys know that we ended up having several candlelit dinners (Oo la la) and tried several of the recipes. The honey-pecan one that katie 1341 recommended was scrumptious as well as the foil packet method suggested by several people. We put white wine, lemon juice, and dill in our packets.
We also tried the maple syrup and soy sauce marinade that was mentioned in the other thread. We used chicken breasts instead of salmon and the results were quite good.
Thanks to all the cooks who recommended recipes. 
Our neighbors went down to Florida last month and brought back a bag of fresh pecans for us. I’ll have to try that honey-pecan glaze on something.
