Since the other thread was allowed, how about this one?

Since this thread was allowed, how about the best way to record songs I have legally purchased off of iTunes onto a tape for my own personal use? (I have no CD player in the car.)

Would this be allowed?

I suspect so. I don’t see how it would not come under fair use.

Btw, If your cassette tape player is a stereo component, the best way is to hook it to this. If it is a walkman portable, this is your best bet. Simply connect the two, play your MP3s, and hit record on the stereo. No big deal.

What Scott Plaid failed to mention (although I’m sure he meant to) is that one end of the cable should plug into the speaker jack on your computer sound card, and the other end goes to your tape recorder.
