Singing duos where one is mostly an afterthought

“Druscilla Penny” featured Richard and was the B side of the single “sing.”

The “Then” side of the Carpenter’s Now & Then has a bunch of Richard-only vocals. Karen does all of the drums, though.

Not so much an afterthought as more and less prominent roles - Shaun Ryder and Kermit in Black Grape.

Excellent choice. And FWIW I always thought Jan was absurdly overrated as a singer.

Today I learned Jan wasn’t female.

I’ve known the group name “Jan & Dean” since forever. And upon looking at wiki, recognize their bigger hits and remember those are sung by all-male voices. But, as is common for me, I never tied the name of the group to any of their songs.
