Since this zombie has been resurrected, here are some ideas from sitcoms that weren’t around in 2002:
The Big Bang Theory. Penny, Bernadette, and Amy Farrah Fowler are more than enough to keep a quartet of nerds happy. Sheldon, however, will only do it in one position on a particular spot on his bed.
Cougar Town. With or without the original “Cougar” premise intact, the Cul-de-sac Crew can get into lots of sexy hijinks. All kinds of permutations possible there. Hell, Jules and Travis have a practically incestuous relationship already. Might as well seal the deal.
Community. Sex Ed 101. Need I say more?
30 Rock (Hard). Liz and Jack. Tracy and Jenna. The writers gang-bang Cirie. Lots of guest appearances too.
The Office. Who needs a plot? Just random hook-ups on desks and stuff, with a documentary crew filming it all. (I got dibs on Kelly!)
How I Met Your Mother. Let’s face it, the characters on this show are constantly boinking already; all they need to do is show it. There will be plenty of tricycles. “Kids, I screwed a lot of women before I finally knocked one up. And that was how I met your Mother.”
Big Bang Theory, The Office, and 30 Rock have all been done as XXX Parody porns already. I can’t search from work, but the website’s something like “xxxparody”. Same outfit that did the Star Trek parody BigT mentioned

This isn’t what the OP is referring to; but when I read the title; I thought to myself that the sitcom that I’d most like to see the (adult) actors doing porn is Modern Family. Two of the hottest women in TV are on that show.
Get Smart, simply because anything with Barbara Feldon in it would have made great porn.
It’s funny because this is actually a trend in porn right now: Parodies with high production values and real scripts. My…ahem…friend has seen some of these and, for example, the ones based on The Office and Scrubs have actual stories and jokes. And some of the jokes are actually funny.
I realize this is a long-dormant thread, and I’m responding to a poster who isn’t here any more (I don’t think), but no way could I not add this: a good friend of mine just directed a Facts Of Life porn parody. Here is a (relatively; the article goes into some somewhat graphic detail) work-safe link to an article about it. I cannot speak to the amount of lesbian from wall-to-wall action, as I haven’t actually seen it yet.

But I don’t think it qualifies as a “sitcom”.

I was surprised Glee hadn’t been mentioned, then I realized this thread was started in 2002, well before Glee was on the air.
A running storyline on Glee involves a promiscuous, bisexual blonde cheerleader who’s slept with most of the football team but is in love with (and regularly has sex with) her best friend, a closested lesbian Latina cheerleader who has had sex with at least two football players because she was horny/keeping her cover/wanted to cause trouble. This is all canonical, so turning it into a porn would merely require putting the sex onscreen.
Most other plausible character pairings are already at least semi-canonical, although on the show most couples haven’t actually had sex, and there’s a pretty good variety of physical types and sexual orientations in the mix.
Casting over-18 performers as high school students would be not merely a legal necessity, but also faithful to the show – some of the “teenagers” are as old as 29.
