I love Six Feet Under. I was worried how I would make it until the next season of The Sopranos, but this show has filled the gapped admirably. I love Claire, and I hope they do more with her character. I’m wondering what happened to Keith, David’s cop ex-boyfriend. I thought the relationship between David and Keith was the developing into the most interesting one on the show.
I’m happy to see it’s being appreciated. I may end up liking it more than The Sopranos. After all, in many ways the Sopranos are kinda been-there-done-that. This is something really great and fresh.
As for those of you who “hated” ** American Beauty **, well… this isn’t the Pit or I’d have to have your heads. I’m a serious film freak with literally thousands of films under my belt, and I’m getting damn close to declaring it the best film I’ve ever seen.
So you just…just go away!

Six Feet Under has a ways to go before it catches up to The Sopranos (though I have to admit that The Sopranos has been able to quite retain the glory of its first season). And although I think American Beauty was a great movie – “best film ever”? Please tell me you don’t really think this.
