To our surprise, we found that several friends, some of whom are severely allergic, do not seem to be bothered at all by our cats. Whether this is true of all Bengals, don’t know, but some say it is so.
My wife’s nephew came to visit and he is so bad that his grandmother said they would stay at a motel, as he could not possibly sleep in our house. After several hours of visiting, he was just fine, and ended up not only sleeping here, but after a few days he was petting the cats, the first time in his life he was ble to do that.
You might just experiment (carefully) by visitning a Bengal breeder and see what happens. Who knows?
The worst thing about it is when you startle the ‘lap cat’ with a big sneeze. Y’know they use those claws to assist in traction while making their getaway?
I live in a condo that doesn’t allow pets, but it’d be really cool if, someday, I could own a sneeze-free feline.
