Well, he seems content with the idea of condemning billions of other people to the worst imaginable suffering if it would extend his life for one second. That’s beyond supervillain stuff.
Not only that, but he says that anyone who wouldn’t make the same choice is irrational, since you can never rationally choose anything but more life, regardless of how much harm it would do.

Ambitious superheroes might enact plans that affect millions of lives negatively to bolster their own. He says that he would basically turn the very nature of humanity into suffering - the vast majority of humans alive would suffer as much as a human being possibly could, and those who weren’t afflicted with that would be the ones who had to work just to take care of them and watch them suffer.
He casually says that he would basically inflict the worst possible fate on humanity that you can do in a non-religious (eternal punishment) context. All for one second added to his life expectancy.
That’s literally worse than anything any other human being has ever done by orders of magnitude.

Oh, I wish I had read this thread before engaging with him this morning in that (linked above). I was able to realize pretty-quickly that he wasn’t going to rise to the surface of his pond with any real debate, so i got out. But my hands have felt dirty from the experience.
