I bought some smoked boneless duck breast, have kept in the freezer but want to eat it tonight. Do you have any good recipes that would make use of this? I love duck but have never made anything with smoked duck. I don’t want to make anything overly sweet, overly creamy, or salad. I found a recipe that sounds great but it uses 2 cups of heavy cream!!!
Would either of these be good? They’re for regular duck breast but smoked might be good in them…?
