I don’t sneeze very often, but when I do everyone knows about it. I scare the bejeebers out of my co-workers. I wouldn’t mind it so much, except that my arm and shoulder blade have this kind of dull pain afterwards. Is that normal; and will sneezing like that hurt your sinus’s etc? Thanks
I get this too, although not every time I sneeze. Actually, I can have post-sneeze pain in various places; my elbows, my back, and my wrists/hands are most common.

I hope someone knows what it is, because I get it too. Horrible sharp pain where the collarbone meets the shoulder. It got so bad as a teen that I got in the habit of stifling my sneezes. I always figured I was just a freak. (Not that I’m not…)
